Terms and Conditions of Online Booking

Registration |

To use our online booking facility, you have to register in the system. To do this, please complete the form provided (the asterisk * indicates compulsory fields).
While registering, you are asked to create your personal login name and password for subsequent use of the facility.
Please be attentive while completing the form.

Ticket selection |
|
Upon authentication on our site, you'll be directed to our Homepage, where the repertoire of the current month is listed. You can also browse through our future repertoire by selecting a month in the top menu. You can view available seats as a list or in a picture.
- If you have opted for the list mode, please select your chosen seats in the list and add them to your shopping basket.
- If you have opted for the picture mode, you'll be presented with a full view of the seating layout, with available seats marked with blue circles. Upon clicking on a seat, it will change colour. Please select all your chosen seats and add them to your basket (by clicking on the "Add to basket" button in the pop-up menu).

Booking |
 |
Upon selecting seats, you can book them as a single booking order. To do this, click on the "Place order" button and go through all consecutive stages of the booking/buying process. At each stage a tip appearing in the right-hand part of the screen will prompt the required action.
Important!!! The presence of chosen seats in your basket does not guarantee the booking/purchase. To finalise your order, you have to complete the booking/buying process. Otherwise your chosen seats will be available to all visitors of our site.

Selecting |
|
Before the final stage of the booking process you will be required to choose the method of payment. If you choose:
 paying by credit card (VISA,MasterCard), you will be redirected to the ASSIST electronic-payment system for your credit card authorisation. The authorisation result will be then returned to us. In the event of successful authorisation, the amount due for your entire order will be debited from your account. Should the authorisation fail, your order will not be completed.

Collecting tickets |
|
You can collect your purchased tickets at the Bolshoi Theatre box-office. If you have paid for your order by credit card, you need to print out, at the last stage of the booking/buying process or from your "Order History" facility, your « Customer Certificate », with your order description, number order, name of prformance, numbers of places and identification key, required for the authentication of your order at the Bolshoi Theatre box-office.
the rules of tickets getting:
No sooner than the day after completing and paying for your order and/or on any day before the performance, collect the paid-for tickets at the Box Office One (located in the Bolshoi Theatre Administration Building) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and/or from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
You cann't return back or change for another one bought ticket
